Plain-language terms for using Roadshow. By installing the app or buying credits, you agree to the points below.
What you are buying
A one-time pack of draft credits. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals. Each credit lets Roadshow create one draft in your Outlook on the Web mailbox.
Drafts only, not sending
Roadshow writes drafts. You review and send them yourself from Outlook. We never send mail on your behalf and we do not run any sending infrastructure.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you send and to whom. That includes following CAN-SPAM and any equivalent rules in your country, your school's acceptable-use policy for its email system, and any agreements you have with people on your contact list. Do not use Roadshow to send mass commercial mail, unsolicited bulk mail, or anything that would put your school account at risk.
Credits
- Credits are tied to your account. They are not transferable to another account.
- The Starter and Standard packs do not expire. The unlimited Season Pass tier expires at the end of the recruiting season (May 31 of the season you bought it in).
- We do not offer refunds. The 3 free drafts available before checkout are the trial. If something is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, email us and we will make it right.
What we do not promise
Response rates, deliverability, interview offers, and the quality of your outreach are all on you. Roadshow is a tool that saves you keystrokes; it does not change the merits of your pitch or your candidacy.
Termination
We may suspend an account if it is being used to abuse a school mailbox or to violate the rules above. If we ever shut Roadshow down, anyone with an active credit balance will get notice and a way to use up remaining credits or recover account data.
