Quick start
About 5 minutes from download to first draft.
- 1. Install. Open the .dmg and drag Roadshow to Applications.
- 2. Run setup. The wizard installs Chromium, opens your school Outlook so you sign in once (cookies persist), and saves your resume + pitch deck as default attachments.
- 3. Upload contacts. Any CSV or xlsx from Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or a manual spreadsheet. Roadshow detects which columns are first name, firm, and email, and asks you to confirm.
- 4. Paste your template. Subject + body. Use
{FirstName}and{FirmName}placeholders. Roadshow swaps in real values per row. - 5. Generate drafts. Roadshow opens drafts in your Outlook with attachments pre-loaded. Review them in OWA, the Outlook desktop app, or mobile. Send manually when ready.
First 3 drafts free. No card needed to start.
Heads up on macOS
The build is not yet code-signed by Apple, so macOS may warn or refuse to open Roadshow on first launch. If you see “unidentified developer” right-click the app in Applications, choose Open, then confirm. If you see “Roadshow is damaged and can’t be opened” (this can happen on macOS Sequoia), open Terminal and run:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Roadshow.appThen open the app normally. The command strips the browser-download flag that Sequoia uses to block unsigned binaries. Apple Developer signing is in flight and will remove the warning entirely.
